LIVESMART'S online system is available for scheduling telephonic health coaching sessions.

1.   Login is encouraged, especially if you need to reschedule your appointment online. (see button on the right)

2.   Choose the coaching appointment type (Health Coaching Appointment)

3.   Select the date and time for your appointment. ALL TIMES ARE IN CENTRAL STANDARD TIME.

4.   Provide your contact information, and you are BOOKED!

5.   If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, log in to your account, select the appointment and chose to reschedule or cancel. You can also contact LIVESMART directly at connect@livesmartoni.com
